We advise you to read our terms and conditions, as they reflect a balance between your interests and ours. While we’ve done our best to avoid legal jargon, some legal terms are unavoidable. Therefore, we’ve provided a brief outline of what we consider the most important points in clear language:

• We will do our utmost best for you and guarantee that we will apply sufficient care and expertise during the execution of our services.
• Agreements are established after we accept them with a confirmation or when we begin executing the assignment.
• You are responsible for any data placed on our systems by (or on behalf of) you, such as personal data or unlawful statements.
• Our payment term is 14 days.
• You will receive usage rights for the materials we develop for you. Should you want to modify them later, this is possible within reasonable limits; however, we do not wish to be associated with any modifications we consider unacceptable.
• If we fail to perform the agreement correctly, the maximum compensation will be either the price of the assignment or one month’s fee.
• The notice period for ongoing agreements is one month.

Th terms & conditions are available in Dutch. The Dutch text prevails in case of any discrepancies between the Dutch version and a version in another language.
